Features
- The pot cover is of hydraulic lifting type. Water, oil and materials can directly enter the emulsifying pot under vacuum through the pipeline. The discharge mode is mainly pot turnover type and pot bottom valve discharge type. The heating of materials can be realized by heating the interlayer of the pot through electricity or steam. The heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and controlled automatically. The cooling liquid can be connected into the interlayer to cool the materials, the operation is simple and convenient, and the interlayer is equipped with a thermal insulation layer. The homogenization system and mixing system can be used separately or at the same time. The granulation, mixing, blending, dispersion, emulsification, etc. of materials can be completed in a short time. The parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel (commonly used 304, medical 316L), the inner surface is polished, the vacuum stirring device is sanitary and clean, and is manufactured according to the hygienic standards of GMP.
